Abrasive Paints

Our Abrasive Paints are single-layer paints, which can be applied onto the friction material of brake pads and linings in order to improve the braking performance (out-of-the-box performance) during the first brake applications. 

For environmental reasons, these paints are all water-based. 

Typical colors are black, grey, red-brown and green. Application can be done by painting, rolling or silk-screen printing. 

The viscosity can be easily changed to suit any application method. Tailor-made solutions are also available.
